Three things worth including: your date, your venue (or the ones you're considering), and anything you already know about your day — a multi-day celebration, a church ceremony, a tight timeline. The more you tell me, the more useful my first reply can be.

Email and message work better than a call — I can't pick up mid-ceremony, but I can always write back.
